Can I Change the Date or Time of My Service request?

GuestGenie does not support editing the date or time of an existing service request. Learn how to make changes the right way.

It is not possible to change the date or time of an existing service request directly. To reschedule, you will need to cancel the current service request and create a new one for the date or time you prefer.


How to Reschedule

  1. Check the cancellation policy — open the service request and review what refund (if any) applies before you cancel.

  2. Cancel the existing service request — go to Service requests, tap the service request, and tap Cancel.

  3. Rebook for the new date or time — go back to the service page and create a new service request for the slot you want.

⚠️ Cancelling may result in a partial refund or no refund depending on the cancellation policy. Review the policy before proceeding.


Before You Cancel

  • Make sure the new time slot is still available — popular services may sell out.

  • Check the cancellation policy carefully — a full refund is not always guaranteed.

  • If you have questions about a refund after cancelling, tap the Help icon in any service request screen.
