Minimum Advance Notice

Some services require a minimum number of hours or days of advance notice before the service request date. If a service has this requirement, you will see a badge like "Minimum 24h notice" on the service card.

⏱ If a time slot appears grayed out, the most common reason is that it falls within the minimum advance notice window. Try selecting a date further ahead.

Maximum Booking Window

Some services also have a maximum booking window, meaning you can only book up to a certain number of days in advance. If you try to select a date beyond this window, it will appear unavailable on the calendar.

Where to See This Information

The minimum advance notice badge is visible on each service card before you tap into the details. You can also find the full booking rules on the service detail page.
