Your service request details page shows everything about a specific booking — its status, schedule, pricing, special requests, and post-sale instructions from the host.
How to Access Your Service request
Open the GuestGenie app.
Tap Service requests in the bottom navigation.
Tap on any service request to open its details.
What You'll Find Inside
Detail | What it means |
Service name & images | The service you booked, with photos |
Date and time | When your service request is scheduled |
Status | Current state: Confirmed, Pending Approval, Completed, or Cancelled |
Pricing breakdown | Includes quantity, add-ons, and pricing options selected |
Special requests | Any notes you added at the time of booking |
The Instructions Tab
If the property or service provider has added post-sale instructions, they appear in a dedicated tab inside your service request.
Tap the Instructions tab to see:
Step-by-step guidance specific to your service
Images to help you prepare
Important information for the day of your booking
💡 Tip: Always check the Instructions tab after booking — it may contain important details your host wants you to know before your service request date.
