How to Cancel a Reservation:
Go to the Planner Page:
Tap on Date of the reservation in the topnavigation bar to view your reservations.
Select the Reservation:
From the list, find the booking you want to cancel and tap on it to view the details.
Check the Cancelation Policy:
Before canceling, make sure to review the cancellation policy. Some services or properties may have specific rules regarding cancellations, such as:
Free cancellation within a certain time frame.
Cancellation fees if done too close to the service date.
Cancel the Reservation:
If the reservation is eligible for cancellation, you’ll see a Cancel Reservation button. Tap on it to proceed.
Confirm the cancellation when prompted. If there are any fees, they will be shown before you finalize the cancellation.
Receive Confirmation:
Once the reservation is canceled, you’ll receive a confirmation message in the app and via email. The canceled reservation will appear in your Reservations list, but with the canceled status.
